LFA is piloting an e-fitness program for students with the goal of keeping them physically and mentally healthy during the spring of 2020. This page contains various links to work-outs from Eric Ball and by members of the faculty and staff ("Zoom"ba, Yoga, Stretching Suggestions etc.).
Students need to download the TeamBuildr app to track their fitness activities. The Athletics Department hopes this helps motivate students to move and do whatever makes them physically happy to relieve stress.
